Emmanuel Nunes was a Portuguese composer. He studied composition at the Academia de Amadores de Música. Nunes held teaching appointments at Harvard University, Conservatoire de Paris, and at the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg. His compositional oeuvre includes an opera, as well as works for orchestra, chamber music, and solos.
