Informationen
Buon viaggio! This title means «Bon voyage!» These pieces are completely different from each other and stand, in total, for variety that we expect from travel.
I. The first piece which gives its name to this cycle tells about the joy we get from breaking up to a long-awaited trip. The daring big intervalls upwards stand for our joy of adventure and wanderlust. The chromatically modulating second theme lingers at scenic beauties.
II. Really adventurous and a bit daring is «Giga giocosa»; Gigue of baroque time is a fast dance in a triple bar, here you should try to get ease of dance, as well in the alternating middle parts in even bars.
III. «Dream Fantasy», on the other hand, means a dream trip. It contains a dreamy but also passionate dialogue between viola and piano.
IV. «Ballad - Life Images» refers to beautiful landscape images as they pass by the train, car or plane window (even better and more sustainable are landscape impressions while hiking or cycling). These passing images also represent the beauty in our fleeting lives.
V. «Elegia labirintica»: Passion and adventure shine through in the «elegy labyrinthine». Many things happen at the same time and they are not always immediately understood. Strong longing and will to live are expressed but not everything comes true as desired, like in real life.
VI. «Percorso avventuroso»: A truly adventurous path is taken here. Here is finally the fullest life, for everyone who loves rhythm and adventure!
